Rowan HouseOn a pleasant evening in September I attended the champagne preview of Rowan House, which is part of the prestigious Grade II listed collection of apartments and penthouses on the Kingsley Park development at Kingswood.

Next was the spectacular 3 bedroom Penthouse with stunning views of the gardens and adjacent woodland from the balconies adjoining the main living area and master bedroom. This beautiful suite cries out to host parties!

If I was impressed by the garden apartment then I was amazed by the penthouse. I particularly enjoyed the character of this property, the sloped ceilings and beams prove that new builds don’t have to be characterless. The interior designers have furnished this lavish home superbly and created a couple of surprises along the way.... I won’t give them away here, you’ll have to visit to see for yourself!

Both properties have master en suite and family bathrooms featuring Villeroy and Boch sanitary ware. Tiling is modern and neutral, lending itself to individuality with the different use of accessories and finishing touches.
