As a result, Falcon Building services has a number of divisions, each of which specialise in some aspect of restoration, whether it be in the building sector of our business, or in this, the carpet and upholstery cleaning sector. Thanks to their levels of experience and professionalism, Falcon enjoys approved contractor status with a significant number of leading domestic and commercial insurers.

Carpet Cleaning

Having established themselves as a local carpet cleaning business in the early 1990s, the management team at Falcon made the decision to purchase several ChemDry franchise areas throughout the North West and North Wales. Having purchased the franchises, the team at Falcon took maximum advantage of the training packages that were offered to them, ensuring that all the Falcon staff were trained to an extremely high standard in all aspects of carpet cleaning and associated services.

Falcon maintained this relationship with ChemDry for over a decade, continuously striving to improve the service they could offer. As circumstances changed, and the franchise model evolved, the Falcon management team decided that the ChemDry franchise practices were too restrictive and they took the decision to move away from this arrangement and seek to establish themselves as an independent company that was able to make the most of the business practises developed in conjunction with a multi-national company, whilst concentrating on a more customer-focussed approach to doing business.

We value the confidence we’ve gained through the many years of our blue-chip relationships, this means we are used to getting it right first time, every time.

This decision has been rewarded with an increase in business secured through a combination of a local advertising campaign and personal recommendations from satisfied clients, both existing and new. Our domestic coverage extends throughout the North West and beyond, from Carlisle in the North to Stoke-on-Trent in the South and from Anglesey in the West to Hull in the East.

Clearly, we have a bias towards cleaning carpets, upholstery, ceramic tiles and other hard floor surfaces but we are also in a position to provide additional products and services which include all manner of property cleaning requirements.
