The group aims to provide sports training and competition in a variety of sports for people with a learning disability, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate achievement, experience enjoyment and participate with other Special Olympic athletes and the community.

Demonstrators entertain by producing fabulous arrangements which are then raffled at the end of the evening

The Will to Work Workshop Print E-mail

We help people with disabilities to put a real and vital purpose back into their lives. We give carers regular breaks and support and make a real difference to the community.

The workshop makes a variety of things, eg. park benches, children's toys, school coat hooks, a cross for church, turned wooden bowls, bird boxes etc.

Anyone can help! Just half an hour a week to as long as you like!

Even dropping in for a chat would make a worthwhile contribution.
