Brightlife is a Big Lottery funded project being led by older people across Cheshire West and Chester. It aims to reduce social isolation through an ambitious programme of appealing activities.
With older people at the heart of everything we do, over the next five years, Brightlife will develop a wide range of innovative and engaging support networks to help create a better life for older people across the borough.
Led by Age UK Cheshire, over the next 5 years, this unique partnership will work to make a difference to older people across the borough at risk of – or already experiencing – social isolation.
