Whether you or a loved one needs support with personal care, medications, meal preparation, shopping, housework, accompanying to appointments / events or companionship, we can help. We don’t believe in charging the earth for brilliant care either, being one of the most competitively priced companies in the area. And we won’t rush your visits – we don’t accept calls with a duration of less than 1 hour … quality is always more important to us than quantity. We also believe in looking after our members of staff and are proud to be an accredited Real Living Wage Employer. Before any new potential staff member is offered a role with us, we carry out “The Mum Test” … this means that if we would be happy to have this person providing care and support to our own parent’s, we would be just as happy to have them providing care and support to our wonderful customer’s. All of our staff are DBS checked and receive full training too, so you can be assured that you or your loved one is in extremely capable hands.
