KDE Ltd are a family run local business based in Sutton Weaver, offering an extensive range of electrical, plumbing and heating services to domestic, commercial, and industrial customers and the Public Sector.
The business was originally established as Keith Darlington Electrical by Keith in 1989 from a small office in his garage at home! Keith has always been absolutely passionate about customer service and satisfaction, even before it became the latest buzz word! And this passion and total commitment to a great customer experience has been the reason his business has always been so successful and now employs 40 locally based staff and tradesmen. Most have been with the business for many years and Keith ensures that all of their electricians, plumbers and gas engineers are trained and qualified to work to the highest standards.
This growth necessitated a move from their home based office to their current dedicated offices and storerooms in Sutton Weaver. This expansion was largely due to the demand from his loyal customer base, who were already experiencing a great service in one area and so it was a natural progression to offer them more from a name they trusted. So in 2006 the business became KDE Limited – covering the whole spectrum of electrical, plumbing, heating, kitchen & bathroom installations, maintenance and repair services.
As the business expanded Keith added additional services such as plumbing and heating, and then kitchen and bathroom installations.
