The wonderful pictures that adorn pages 10 & 11 in this months edition (and here on the website) are the work of local, talented photographer Charlene Cuthbertson, who, with the help of her partner Nathan run the successful Dream World photographic studio in Helsby. Offering shoots either in their spacious studio or out on location for newborns, children, family groups, couples and pets.
Celebrating 20 years in business this month....
Dannii started her hairdressing career as an apprentice in 1988 at the same Frodsham hair salon that was to become her own business. Known then as Richards Hair Salon, there has to be some irony that Dannii went on to become Mrs Richards but the salon took on her Christian name when she became proprietor in March 1993 and since Dannii’s has become a familiar sight on Main Street for the last twenty years.

Many of you, like myself may have always assumed that the name 10 Bridge originated from the fact that the clinic is based in Bridge Trafford on Morley Bridge, however you’ll be interested to know that isn’t the case. In fact the name was set before the premises!
2013 marks Andrew Hayes’s 30th year in estate agency!
Andrew has lived in Helsby and Frodsham all of his life and started his estate agency career in Frodsham back in 1983. He joined Halifax Estate Agents in 1988, opening their Frodsham branch in 1997. Andrew acquired the franchise of the business in 2005 and re-branded to Your Move - Andrew Hayes in 2010.
Although locally owned and managed, Andrew has the support and backing of the national network, Your Move, which is the single largest estate agency brand in the Uk.
The business now employs 9 staff between the two offices, who collectively have over 100 years experience! Most of the staff are local, so their knowledge of the area is invaluable in helping clients to buy, let or sell a property.

In the current market, we are able offer our customers the best of both worlds - we can use our expert local knowledge and the national exposure of Your Move to get the best results. Applegate and Co. moved into their offices in Collinson’s Court, Frodsham back in October 2008 after four successful years on the High Street. Over the last 3 years they have continued to develop and grow, despite the recession, which is testament to the customer service that they provide.
